What is the Superior Taste Award?
The International Taste Institute is an independent organisation in Belgium that evaluates food and drinks from all over the world. Products are blind tasted by a panel of chefs and sommeliers, who do not know which brand they are tasting. They score things like first impression, appearance, smell, taste and aftertaste.
Only products with an average score of at least 70% receive the award. The number of stars shows the score:
- 1 star: 70 to 80%
- 2 stars: 80 to 90%
- 3 stars: over 90%

About CocoXim coconut water
CocoXim is made by Betrimex in Bến Tre province in the Mekong Delta in Vietnam, a region known for its coconuts. CocoXim is also Vietnam's best-selling coconut water, according to Euromonitor International (retail sales volume in Vietnam, 2025). It is 100% coconut water, not from concentrate and with no added sugar. The taste is light and naturally sweet.
