You earn 1 Banteng for every krone you spend on products. The coins arrive once your parcel has shipped.

100 Banteng are worth 3 NOK. You can see your balance and history in My account.
3. Use or save
Use your coins whenever you like, in My account or right in your cart. Or save up for a reward and get more.
Example: spend 400 NOK and you earn 400 Banteng.

Terms and frequently asked questions
Who can join?
Anyone with a customer account at Indonesia Store. It is free, and you join automatically when you create an account.
How do I earn coins?
You earn 1 Banteng per krone for the products in your order, after discounts and excluding shipping. The coins are added once the parcel has shipped. Orders without an account do not earn coins.
How much are the coins worth?
100 Banteng equal 3 NOK when you use them freely. Rewards give you more, for example 20 NOK off for 500 Banteng or a free CocoXim for 1,000 Banteng.
How long are the coins valid?
Coins are valid for 12 months from when you earned them. My account shows you when coins are about to expire. The oldest coins are used first.
How do I use my coins?
You can use your coins whenever you like, in steps of 100 (100 Banteng = 3 NOK): in My account or right in your cart when logged in. Rewards are redeemed in My account. You get a personal code that is valid for one order and for 180 days. The coins are deducted when you redeem.
Can I combine the code with other discounts?
You can use one discount code per order. The free shipping code can be combined with other discounts.
What happens if I return products?
The coins for the returned products are deducted from your balance. The same applies if an order is cancelled.
Can coins be exchanged for cash?
No. Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred and can only be used at Indonesia Store.
Can the programme change?
We may change or end the programme with reasonable notice. Coins you have already earned can always be used until they expire. We may remove coins in case of misuse.
