Are the packages tracked?
You can track all packages through the link you have received on the order confirmation. If you have problems finding the tracking number, or have questions, you can contact us!


How long will it take to receive my items?
For normal delivery in Norway, the delivery time is 3-7 working days.
Normal delivery in Europe is 7-14 working days.

How do I return an item?
If you have received an error in your order — an item that is either damaged or of insufficient quality — contact us so that we can rectify it!
If you regret a purchase, our conditions and right of withdrawal form apply. Basically, you yourself are responsible for any returns to our main warehouse.
Indonesia-store.no does not accept returns on food and drink, unless the products are damaged during transport.
